The unveiled beholder

The unveiled beholderThe United States Constitution, and its body of Amendments serve to protect the natural rights of liberty and property. They guarantee a number of personal freedoms, limit the government's power in judicial and other proceedings, and reserve some powers to the states and the public. Lady Justice, depicted more often than not blindfolded, the personification of justice balancing the scales of truth and fairness. She is the represention of objectivity, in that justice is or should be meted out objectively, without fear or favor, regardless of identity, money, power, or weakness; blind justice and impartiality .Carrying a double-edged sword in her right hand, symbolizing the power of Reason and Justice, which may be wielded either for or against any party. Grievously our democratic civil rights are being tarnish. The very forefathers which cultivated the land for our predecessors, which seeded and harvest a nation, they did so from sweat and tears as well as perseverance; The national patrioteers who served, fought or gave their life for the preservation of democracy, ensuring of the peoples' Civil and political rights. It is their sweat and spilled blood that presents autocratic opportunist, proprietorships as well as the clique refined use to smear and darken and beguile the socially outcast, suppress and oppress people with substandard dispositions and legislative illiterate.we are not born equal, yet, equality is the result of human organization. Many West Virginians are subsisting injustice. Lady Justice shall be unveiled, her sight restored.we shall' and will be' avant-garde of Justice's watchful eyes, never again shall she be shrouded from inhumanity, her scales must be parallel, her sword wielded duly in the same manner. en masse "Blind to None"
