The proportion of judges who are dishonest, who are on the take, who harbor prejudices against parties or counsel, is far greater than the lay public realizes.

Corruption is rampant in Courts at every level throughout the country. It is equally rampant among prosecutors and law enforcement people.

The primary corrupting influence is drug business. The dope interests own contemporary justice.

There is no greater shock than to find that even with both the Law in your favor your Constitutional Rights are worthless because you can't get the crooked regime to enforce them.

In Politics nothing gets done until you first create a channel of corruption.
Any Power that can be abused will be abused.

Being a Lawyer you should be able to tell us what we can do to stop this.

Unless lawyers don't want this stoped until it happens to them.

That's what it sounds like to me.

You are right on this subject.

First of all it seems that most Lawyers have a fear of the

judges that sit on the bench.

And they won't say anything because of the fact if they do

the judge will always go against them in most of their cases.

A judge will always think that they are above everyone else.

It is a very out of control job. I understand that the judge has to

keep order in the courtroom. But, there is some freedom of speech

even in the courtroom.

This lawyer ever think that this judge that did this to him might just

be on the take. When a judge violates the law it's time to look into why

and look into his intrest in the case itself.
