Do You Think This Is A Crime?

Here is an article about a man arrested for child pornography. He was videotaping nude children playing at a beach for nudist. Is it okay "OK" for the children to be nude in the presence of adult strangers, why is it then a crime for them to be photographed that way? I can see if there is a crime because he was taping them without their knowledge or permission, but why it is pornography? I don't have a problem with the whole "nudist" thing -- to each their own. However, I don't know what I think having your children running around naked in front of a bunch of strangers, particularly adults. While you may have pure motives, others may not -- like this guy.

A Wisconsin man accused of secretly videotaping young children at a
Florida nude beach has been charged with five felonies.Forty-two-year-old
Richard Allen Granzow was charged Tuesday with five counts of
possession of child pornography. The charges carry a maximum prison
sentence of 125 years.Online court records didn't list a defense
attorney for Granzow.


Prosecutors say Brevard County, Fla., authorities investigated a
report Friday that Granzow was videotaping kids at Playalinda Beach at
Canaveral National Seashore. They say Granzow admitted making a number
of videos.Florida officials contacted Wisconsin authorities, who
searched Granzow's home in Evansville. They allegedly found child
pornography and multiple camera systems.

Oh Kay there have been many horror stories about nudist or as they like to call themselves, "naturalists" resorts etc. When Danielle Van Dam was kidnapped from her home in Poway, CA and murdered I did a lot of looking into this stuff because her parents were accused of being "swingers". There are TONS of these places that are fraught with pedophiles because the kids, even teens, are running around nude. I personally think being naked is not totally natural for us or we'd have more hair and less dangley things. Anyway, filming children nude is a no no (unless it's for the "newsletter" and the magazines that they put out at the resort). Adults that take pics of other people's nude kids are suspect and certainly this lead to LE finding child porn in the man's home.

I think after a certain age it's pretty irresponsible to not teach kids some modesty for their own protection; but I'm an uptight conservative who would be the most overprotective parent on planet earth.

I'm glad someone had enough heads up to report this guy.

You are absolutely right about it being irresponsible to not teach children about modesty! There are too many kids being molested and taken advantage of. Take Sable Point for example, there is one little girl in particular that the boys flock to because she has not been taught that it's wrong for others to touch her inappropriately. People have confronted the "parent" about this, all to no avail. This is SICK!! From what I understand, CPS has been there, but have done nothing. Not only is the parent failing this child, the system is too.

I could go on, but at this time, I'm choosing not to...this poor girl has no chance at a decent life. I blame the "parent".

I do remember that there was a female that told him about other kids touching
her down below.
All he said as a father was. " I will talk to her". But I know that he never did.

I also remember that some one came from another building and told him that they
saw her with a few boys doing some bad things behind one of the buildings. Again,
I will talk to her.

Something we have to remember. This kid is eight years old. The father lets her
run around with no panties on under her dress.

He has been told about this more times than I can remember.
He knows of a young boy that makes her do things. He won't do anything
about it because he wants the Mother of the boy to drive him to the store and
other places.

Shit what some people will do for a ride.

A tit sucker is a person who uses someone and goes on to the next person.
After they suck you dry, or you say stop, they go on to the
next person. Then they might come back for more. Just like this person
you are talking about Witchy. He uses people so bad, then he
forgets about you, and goes on to someone else. Someone he
talked down to. He says SORRY and IT WASN'T ME, MY MEDICATION
DID IT.. Don't fall for it.

He will use you until you say stop or until he don't need you no more.
And that will be for a while. He uses until he can't use no more. He asks
for rides here and there, after you're done, he wont pay all he'll say is
I GOT YOU COVERED NEXT TIME.

Now, he's having a big chick ride him around. She makes him pay a lot.
And on top of that, she is giving pills and pot to the older son.

This man fakes and fakes that he's hurt, and then gets them pills.
The DR. stopped giving him pills, so he does the "Help I fell and
can't get up" type of act. The people he uses give him pills because
they feel sorry for him and don't wanna see anyone go threw what
he's going threw. He's not going threw anything.

He gets over 500$ in food stamps, hud pays his rent, he's on disability, he goes to
people's houses to eat, he goes to the church for free food and he still can't
make ends meet. The state pays for everything he does. He
should be a millioniar by now. He pays for other kids to eat but
not even his own kids. They don't eat nothing at all, they have to relie
on total strangers. Thats sad. He, his older son, and his sons friends
eat and eat like savages. And a 8 year old and a 7 year old
have to go threw this kind of crap. They walk and walk in the snow,
rain, hail, and sun, just to eat something because there own
fater can't feed them. Well, not can't feed them, just refuse to
feed them.

That is a tit sucker. All in all just uses people and goes on to the next person.

I can not believe a father would let anyone get away with touching his daughter in any type of inappropriate action. That man is not a father, he is a sperm donor. Any real man, father, step father, or even a foster parent would kill anyone who would touch their daughter in an inappropriate way. This sickens me to no end, and hurts to read this. The most saddest thing about it is, I k ow this is true. If this ever happened to me, at any age my dad would go above the clouds and below sea level to grab that son of a bitch who dared tried to touch me. Well whoever this so called "father" is, please guide me in his direction for that I have a selective choice of words for that sick piece of shit. Excuse my language ADMIN and WITCHY but that just tore my heart and stomache apart. Someone needs to turn him in amd give that child a home that the parents will help her and comfort her when needed

People, the so-called father you are talking about is a sick man.

It takes him over six hours to put a few words together.

He hangs in front of his computer about six hours a day talking to

friends he never met.

He looks for his little girl most every night at about nine or ten o'clock.

Never knows where she is.

His son is a junkie.

His x-wife lives with a child offender.

His mind is always on screwing some female up the ass.

And he really does not care about life or his childern.

He is in a world of his own. The state gets everything for his kids and him.

He does nothing for them on his own.

And really, he calls himself a father. What is he going to do when

adults start to put their hands on her.

So, if all of this is common knowledge, why isn't this sick SOB in jail, or the kids put in a better environment (clearly not with the mother either)??

That is because this guy talks his way out of everything.

Also because CPS does not do a full investigation when they go to find

things to be true or not. He was investigated here in Sable Point and

in another county.

You also have to understand that CPS does not have real investigators.

This guy is no father to any kid. His 18 year old son tells him to go fuck

himself and he does nothing about it. He is afraid of him.

He walks around Sable Point and thinks that everybody likes him.

All anybody does is make fun of him.

He has been investigated more times then anyone in that place.

And we all know that he makes deals with people that do put their

hands on his little girl. He don't want her to be taken away because

that would be less food stamps for him.

There are people that offered to take care of her. But he said no.

I know of maybe four people that wanted to take care of her.

He just said no. He also says that he is doing a good job.
